How does it work?

Forget everything you know about the dreaded mailmerge!  ReceipterPro™ greatly simplifies the process of generating receipts and acknowledgment letters in just 3 easy steps!

Step 1: Import Gifts

Import your data directly from RE® by selecting a batch, gift id(s) or by importing a CSV file from an RE® export.

Step 2: Preview

Preview the documents that ReceipterPro™ has generated.  You can make any edits that may be necessary.

Step 3: Process & Send!

Click the ‘Process’ button and watch as ReceipterPro prints and emails all documents, and updates records in RE®!

Protecting Donor Data

Protecting the privacy of your donor information is our highest priority.  Here are just some of the ways we are keeping donor data safe:

  • TLS Encryption: ReceipterPro pulls your gift/donor information from Blackbaud® using the latest TLS data encryption protocols. This ensures that your sensitive donor information is encrypted and protected while in transit between Blackbaud® and ReceipterPro.
  • Zero Donor Data Retention: ReceipterPro BY DESIGN will never remember or store personally identifiable donor information. Your donor data is used by ReceipterPro to generate documents, afterwards the queried data is discarded leaving only a PDF copy of the receipt/letter.
  • Encryption At Rest (2024): These technologies ensure that the data is encrypted even while it’s not being accessed by a you.  This ensures that if the data is unlawfully accessed, the data is still encrypted and kept safe.
  • Cyclic Algorithms (2024): Special, unique algorithms are used for each client to encrypt data.  This ensures that if one clients’ data is compromised the rest are not.

Currently we support fully updated versions of Microsoft Windows® 10 & 11.

ReceipterPro works with most SMTP email servers.  If you do not have an SMTP compatible mail server, you can use ours for a additional fee.  Note:  Due to privacy concerns, Google® SMTP servers are no longer supported as of 4/1/2023.

ReceipterPro is compatible with RENXT, RE7 Self-hosted and RE7 Concourse Hosted

Yes, envelope creation and printing is included in the latest version of ReceipterPro.
